Under Mir, Jora Is Congress Legislative Party Leader

A meeting of Congress Legislature Party was held at Jammu on Thursday which was conducted under the observation of AICC General Secretary B K Hari Prasad and co-observation of Secretary AICC Mainul Haque Incharge J&K.

In a statement Congress said, “The meeting was presided over by the J&K Pradesh Congress Committee President Ghulam Ahmad Mir. The Members Legislature Assembly of the Congress Rigzin Jora (Leh), G. M. Saroori (Inderwal), Aijaz Ahmed Khan (Gool-Arnas), Haji Abdul Rashid Dar (Sopore), Mohammad Amin Bhat (Devsar), Vikar Rasool Wani (Banihal), Gulzar Ahmed Wani (Shangus), Usman Majeed (Bandipora), Mumtaz Ahmed Khan (Gulabgarh), Ch. Mohammad Akram (Surankot), Asgar Ali Karbalie (Kargil) and Dilldan Namgail of (Nobra) attended the meeting and gave suggestions to the AICC Observers. The members unanimously elected Jora leader of Congress Legislature Party,” he said.

President PCC G. A. Mir congratulated Jora and wished him good luck. “Jora thanked all the members for unanimously electing him as the leader of Congress Legislature Party,” he said.
