SRINAGAR: Pakistani Army posts initiated unprovoked small arms fire across the Line of Control (LoC) during the intervening night of April 26–27 in areas opposite the Tutmari Gali and Rampur sectors of Uri and Kupwara.
According to Army officials, Indian troops responded promptly and effectively with appropriate small arms fire.
There were no reports of casualties or significant damage on the Indian side. The situation continues to be monitored
