Responding to questions, Singh said the UPSC publishes the written, interview/personality test and total marks of all recommended candidates on its official website to ensure full transparency.

The UPSC conducts a range of recruitment examinations for government services, including the civil services examination, which selects India’s bureaucrats, diplomats and police officers. The examination is held annually in three stages: the preliminary test, the mains and the interview.
