The Congressman, Abdul Gani Vakil, who faced a major embarrassment over his sleazy audio leak is leading from North Kashmir Rafiabad seat against PDP’s Yawar Ahmad Mir by 1282 votes.
A win is still eluding Vakil in his political career.
He was pitted against NC’s Javed Dar and PDP Yawar, the son Dilawar Mir who had to withdrew his papers after being indicted by CBI in a scandalous pesticide deal.
