Government Friday put under suspension, the warden of Gujjar and Bakerwal Hostel, Tulsibagh Srinagar against the allegations of assaulting a girl student.
Dr Shabnum, the lecturer of Hindi and Warden, Gujjar Bakerwal Hostel has been attached with chief education office Ganderbal.
“The joint (Trgs) / Principal SIE, Srinagar is appointed as enquiry officer for conducting in-depth enquiry into the incident after recording the statements and examining / cross-examining the evidences etc, and submit the factual report to the director School education Kashmir within fifteen days from the date of issuance if this order,” read the order of Directorate of School Education Kashmir.
Consequently, Zareena Hassan, Master, Govt Boys Middle School Rajbagh shall assume the charge of Warden Gujjar Bakerwal Hostel Tulsibagh with immediate effect subject confirmation by the Tribal Affairs department, the order further read.
