Water level at Sangam shows increasing trend

SRINAGAR

In comparison to water level of 11.30 ft at 9 pm, water level in Jehlum at Sangam is continuously showing increasing trend.

According to figures from I&FC department, the gauge reading at Sangam at 12 am(April 2)  was 12.20 ft, while as reading at Srinagar’s Ram Munshi Bagh has decreased from 14.50 ft to 14.45 ft.

At Asham, the level has remained constant at 11.08 ft.
