An unidentified person on Thursday attempted to snatch a rifle at the mini-secretariat in south Kashmir’s Kulgam district
Reports said that assailant tried to snatch a rifle but failed and fled from the main gate of the mini-secretariat in Kulgam district.
Meanwhile, police have reached the spot and searches are on to nab the assailant.
