SRINAGAR
According to a notification issued Tuesday by General Administration Department, the winter Secretariat shall start functioning at Srinagar from October 28, 2013 after Darbar Moves to Jammu.
“The Winter Secretariat will function with one officer to the level of Special Secretary/ Additional Secretary, two Deputy Secretaries/ Under secretaries and other supporting staff,” read the statement.
