SRINAGAR: A 53-year-old woman from Gujarat was found dead inside a hotel in the Rajbagh area of Srinagar on Friday, officials said.
An official said that she was found unconscious inside her hotel room and was immediately shifted to Khyber Hospital.
He said doctors at the hospital declared her dead on arrival. She has been identified as Jyoti (53), wife of Baroot Sailesh, a resident of Gujarat.
The exact cause of her death was not immediately known, and further investigation is underway. (KNO)
