SRINAGAR: A woman hailing from Goshbugh Pattan, who was injured after she was hit by a truck near Haj house Bemina succumbed to her injuries at SKIMS on Monday.
Kashmir Scroll reported that the woman identified as Hafeeza, wife of Riyaz Ahmad, resident of Goshbugh Pattan, was critically injured after she was hit by truck near Haj house on Saturday.
She was shifted to JVC hospital for treatment, where from she was shifted to SKIMS soura for specialised treatment. However, she succumbed to her injuries this morning.
Meanwhile, an official told Kashmir Scroll that the driver of the truck has been arrested, vehicle has been siezed and a case under relevant sections of law has been registered.(KS)
