SRINAGAR: A woman from Bandipora lost her life when she was struck by a speeding vehicle near Children’s Hospital in Srinagar on Saturday evening, officials said.
An official said that a vehicle hit a woman in the Bemina area of Srinagar. Immediately after the incident, the lady was transported to the nearest hospital, where doctors pronounced her dead upon arrival.
The woman has been identified as Muneera, the wife of Mehraj-ud-din from Hajin, Bandipora. (KNO)
