As per a statement Malik and others will start distributing relief goods among the victims from tomorrow morning and will visit Doda, Baderwah, Kishtwar, Balaisa and other affected areas. “The relief goods include warm blankets, tents, plastic sheets and other important material. Delegation had reached Asar Doda when last reports came in,” reads the statement.
Meanwhile a delegation of JKLF including JKLF leaders Javed Ahmad Zargar, Mohammad Yasin Bhat and Javed Ahmad Bhat (district president Pulwama) visited Shopian today and addressed a seminar held in memory of Aasiya and Neelofar, who were killed in 2009. On the occasion JKLF leaders said, “This murder of our sisters reminds us of a fact that no Kashmiri is safe even in his own village or house.” Paying rich tributes to both ladies JKLF leaders expressed their sympathy and solidarity with their bereaved family and pledged that JKLF will always stand behind them in their pursue of justice.
