Chairman Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) Muhammad Yasin Malik who was arrested by police on July 5, 2018, from his residence, along with Tehreek-I-Hurriyat leader Umar Adil Dar, has today been released after almost ten days of incarceration.

The spokesman in a statement said that martyrs day (13th July), was observed across the globe and JKLF leaders and activists in various parts of the world held protest demonstrations against gross human rights violations in Jammu Kashmir.

Meanwhile, JKLF has expressed its heartfelt grief and sorrow over the sad demise of Ahqan Ahmad Reshi and Manan A Sofi of Batamaloo Srinagar who died in an unfortunate accident recently. JKLF shares the pain and agony of their bereaved families and prays for their Sabr-i-Jamil.
