A youth was shot dead in North Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Tuesday by forces.
Reports said that protests erupted in Bomhama area of Handwara during protests by youth against molestation by army.
The deceased has been identified as Mohammad Iqbal and was shot in his face.
Doctors said he was brought dead in Kupwara.
Efforts to get J&K Police version could not materialize.
