With focus on overall development of students, Amar Singh College Srinagar Thursday held Annual Road Race.
Reports said that the race started at 06:00AM from Nehru Park and ended at Nishat.
Among 130 student participants, the first three positions were bagged by Zeshan Ali (BA Part-I, 1st Semester Roll No 1984); Aabid Mushtaq (BA Part-I, 1st Semester Roll No 1534) and Mudasir Ahmad Dar (BA Part-I, 2nd Semester Roll No 1089).
Prof M Aslam Baba, the Principal Amar Singh College gave away trophies, Medals and track suits to the winners.
He informed the students about importance of sports activities for maintaining good health and advised them to take active part in sports.
The race was coordinated by Prof Mir Mashooq (Convenor), Musher-ul-Islam (Physical Director).
