Two persons died and thirteen others were injured in a road accident that occurred in Khag area of Budgam District Friday afternoon.
A Tata passenger vehicle bearing registration number 8328/JK04 on way from Magam to Iskandarpora turned turtle at Iskandarpora, in the jurisdiction of Police Station Khag, Budgam, resulting in injuries to 15 passengers. All the injured were shifted to Hospital.
Among the injured Haseena wife Irshad Ahmad Parray resident of Gooripora and Mushtaq Ahmad Tantary resident of Wata Magam succumbed on way to the Hospital. The bodies of deceased were handed over to their relatives for last rites. Khag Police has registered a case in this regard.
