SRINAGAR
Twelve persons were injured in different road accidents across the Kashmir Valley. A police statement said on Sunday.
A Motorcycle bearing registration number JK01H/3591 meet with an accident at Dobiwan, Baramulla, in Kunzer, ara resulting in injuries to the Motorcyclist Hilal Ahmad Chopan son of Abdul Aziz resident of Sultanpora and pillion Nazir Ahmad Chopan son of Abdul Khaliq resident of Chandoosa Baramulla. Both the injured were shifted to Sub District Hospital, Magam for treatment, where from they were referred to JVC, Bemina, Srinagar for further treatment.
A Tata 407 bearing registration number JK13/4051 and an unidentified Tata Venture collided near Pinglana, Pulwama, resulting in injuries to nine passengers. The injured have been shifted to Sub District Hospital, Pulwama for treatment.
A case FIR number 168/2013, under section 279, 337 RPC, has been registered in this regard.
A Maruti Car bearing registration number JK04/9387 hit and injured a pedestrian Mohammad Yousuf Dar son of Abdul Rehman resident of Suiezet at Lawaypora, Srinagar. The injured have been shifted to JVC, Bemina, Srinagar for treatment. A case FIR number 168/2013, under section 279, 237 RPC has been registered in this regard by the police in this regard.
