SRINAGAR:A 25-year-old man from Wani Mohalla in Kangan area of Central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district was declared brought dead at Sub-District Hospital (SDH) Kangan after he was reportedly found hanging at his residence, on Tuesday.
According to officials, the man was discovered at his home, following which his family members rushed him to SDH Kangan for medical attention.
However, doctors declared him brought dead upon arrival.
