Srinagar: Three Amarnath pilgrims were injured after a bus in which they were traveling in skidded off from the road in central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Friday morning.

An eyewitness said that a bus bearing registration number JK14C/ 2397 carrying pilgrims skidded off from the road at Ganiwan Kangan tehsil of Ganderbal district when they were on way from Baltal to Jammu.

The injured pilgrims identified as Kulsuma Trivedi, 56, a woman of Davinder Trivedi, Balchander, son of Govender Goshi, and a lady pilgrim whose name was not identified yet.

Official sources said that Kulsuma Trivedi has been shifted to Sub District Hospital Kangan and other two have been referred to SKIMS Srinagar for the further treatment.
