SRINAGAR: A 35-year-old man was critically injured after the tractor he was driving overturned in the Kalaroos area of north Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Saturday.
The injured has been identified as Javid Ahmad Lone, son of Mohammad Jamal Lone, a resident of Lastiyal, Kalaroos.
According to reports, the accident occurred in his native village when the tractor he was driving overturned, leaving him seriously injured.
Following the incident, he was immediately shifted to Sub-District Hospital (SDH) Sogam for initial treatment. However, owing to the severity of his injuries, doctors referred him to SKIMS Soura, Srinagar, for specialised medical care.
Hospital sources said that Lone was shifted to SKIMS in a critical condition.
