SRINAGAR: The Jammu and Kashmir government today ordered the temporary deployment of doctors at the Covid Hospitals of Srinagar and Jammu.

As per government Order No: 410-JK (HME) of 2021 Dated:24-05-2021, the order read,

“Consequent upon the establishment of two 500-bedded temporary COVID Hospitals, each and at Srinagar vide Government Order No. 398-JK (HME) of 2021 dated 18-05-2021, it is hereby ordered that the doctors indicated in Annexures “A” and “B” respectively to this Government Order, are temporarily deployed in these COVID Hospitals with immediate effect for a period of one year or till end of the COVID-19 pandemic or till further orders, whichever is earliest.”

“It is further ordered that the temporary deployment of doctors, whose appointments were made under SRO 202 dated 30th June, 2015 and S.O. 192 dated 17th June, 2020, shall be in relaxation of rules in view of COVID-19 Pandemic. Besides, all the doctors shall be reverted back to their original place of postings on the expiry of authorized term of deployment.”

“The doctors indicated in the annexures to this Government order are deemed to have been relieved from their present place of postings and they shall report to the respective Medical Superintendents of these COVID Hospitals for further duties.”

The list of doctors deployed at the 500 Bedded Covid Hospital, Srinagar is as follows:
