SRINAGAR: Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) Muhammad Yasin Malik, arrested on July 3, was today brought to Khyber hospital Srinagar for medical check-up, a spokesman of the part said.

Apart from various blood tests, doctors took his ultrasound to examine the condition of his kidneys. For some time, Malik is having multiple stones in both of his kidneys.

Earlier medical test, before his arrest, JKLF said revealed his “artificial heart valve gradient” was not functioning properly and had developed some faults.

A JKLF delegation, meanwhile, visited SMHS hospital to enquire about the well being of the youth injured in recent days. The delegation comprised Noor Muhammad Kalwal, Bashir Kashmiri and Ghulam Muhammad Dar.
