SRINAGAR: An airplane-shaped balloon bearing Pakistani markings was discovered in Kirni village of Poonch district on Thursday afternoon.
Sources said that residents spotted the unusual object and immediately alerted local authorities. Security personnel responded swiftly and secured the balloon.
An investigation is underway to determine its origin and purpose.
