Amid ruckus created by the opposition, Chairperson Legislative Council, Inayat Ali adjourned the house second time for ten minutes.
Earlier, on face of commotion created by Congress and National Conference MLCs who moved to well, Ali adjourned the house.
The opposition members are demanding discussion on beef ban issue and flood rehabilitation.
So far, the elders house could not do any business.
