SRINAGAR: Applications are now open for the Kungliga Tekniska Högskolan (KTH) Scholarship for 2025, which provides students with the opportunity to pursue higher education in Sweden with partial funding. This European scholarship for international students is hosted by the KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.
The partially funded scholarship is available for students who wish to pursue a master’s degree internationally. The application process will begin on 1 December 2024, and the deadline to apply is 15 January 2025.
To be eligible for the programme, applicants must be enrolled in the main programme and must not be registered under Erasmus Mundus, EIT Digital, EIT InnoEnergy, or the EIT Urban Mobility Programme. Applicants should demonstrate a commitment to sustainable development and have strong academic proficiency.
The scholarship covers tuition fees for both the first and second years of the master’s programme.
Applicants must include the QS university ranking of the institution where they completed their degree. They are also required to submit a motivational statement detailing their academic achievements, extracurricular activities, and work experience, up to 500 words. Additionally, applicants must provide a separate statement on sustainable development, with a limit of 1,000 characters.
