Hurriyat (g) chairperson Syed Ali Geelani Tuesday strongly condemned the alleged Army raid on the house of its district president Shopian Muhammad Amin Ahangar and said that the BJP-PDP coalition government has again given army a pro-active role and they have started harassing the ‘pro-resistance’ leadership.
Geelani said that this is a serious issue since the record of army is very negative.
“Many people in the past have been killed by the army without reason.”
As per a statement issued here, Geelani said that the civil administration is acting like a mute spectator and as a result people are feeling harassed.
