Former Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad Tuesday appealed people of Jammu and Kashmir to exercise their franchise in large number and elect those people who  believe in secularism and are against the politics based on hatred and division.

In a statement issued to CNS, former Union Minister expressed confidence that the people of State will vote decisively in favour of his party.

“People of the state have always given me lots of love and affection and I have always tried my level best to serve the people with dedication and humility,” said Azad.

Cautioning the people to beware of those forces who want to divide the votes of people in order to further their own nefarious agenda, Azad exhorted the people to come out in huge numbers to vote for the Congress party in the assembly polls.
