SRINAGAR: The District Development Commissioner (DDC) Bandipora has assigned additional charges of Block Development Officers (BDOs) to four officials in the district in view of vacant BDO posts in several blocks.
As per an order issued by DDC Bandipora on September 3, 2026, Assistant Commissioner Development, Bandipora, has been assigned the additional charge of BDO Bandipora.
Similarly, BDO Aloosa has been given additional charge of BDO Bonakoot, BDO Nowgam will also look after BDO Sumbal, while BDO Naidkahi has been assigned the additional charge of BDO Hajin.
The officers will discharge the additional responsibilities alongside their existing duties until the respective posts are filled by the Government or an alternative arrangement is made, whichever is earlier.
