A complete shutdown is being observed in a Jammu part after a minor was found dead early Tuesday.
Reports reaching here said that a class 8th Dalit student was found at Government Model Higher Secondary School Basholi.
His throat was slit. The Basholi area is observing a complete shutdown against the incident. Many alleged that it was a “murder”. They demanded high level probe into the incident.
