With BJP stomping out Congress from the state, debate surrounding Article 370 has gained momentum. An NGO from Jammu has scheduled a seminar analyzing the suitability of Article 370 in the Indian constitution.
The seminar entitled “Misuse of Article 370 for Subverting the Constitution of India” is going to be held on May 18 at Jammu Press Club.
Newly elected Parliamentarians of BJP from Jammu region Jugal Kishore and Dr Jitendra Singh including MLA Shri Ashwani Sharma shall be attending the seminar.
