The very first day of the budget session 2013, of state assembly witnessed a dharna from the four members of Bhartia Janta Party. The members staged a dharna on the main gate of assembly hall in which governor had to address the joint session of the state legislator.
The protesting members were shouting slogans against the state government. They caught the attention when they shouted “Corrupt Sarkar hai hai”, “Chore sarkar , hai hai”.
Meanwhile stringent security arrangements have been made in and around the assembly complex in Jammu to ensure the safe and secure session.
The session will start by the governor’s joint address to both the houses of legislature.
