SRINAGAR: The Chief Education Officer (CEO), Anantnag, has ordered the immediate repatriation of 17 teaching officials to their original places of posting following requests from the Zonal Education Officer, Vailoo, and approval from the Directorate of School Education Kashmir.
The order, directs the concerned officials to stand relieved from their present places of working forthwith and report to their respective original places of posting without fail.
The action was taken in connection with Grievance ID No. GRV2026/207671 received through the JK Samadhan portal. It also follows a communication issued by the Director of School Education Kashmir on July 21, 2026.
Among those repatriated are Shabeen Akhter, who was working at Bijbehara and has been directed to return to GHS Mathindoo; Haseena Parveen, from Anantnag to MS Kharipeth; Mehbooba Akhter, from HS Mir Danter to HS Khrety; and Sakeena Akhter, from Qazigund to MS Badrey.
Kulsuma Nabi has been ordered to return from Shangus to NS Bidnato, while Bilal Zahoor will move from Shangus to PS Junction. Akber Ali Chohan will return from HS Nagam to HSS Gadole.
Yasmeena Akhter has been repatriated from HS Shalnard Dooru to MS Ahlan Bala, while Ayaz Ul Ayoub will move from Achabal to HSS Gadole.
The order also directs Munshi Gowhar to return from Dooru to MS Badray; Fayaz Ahmad Wani and Bashir Ahmad Sheikh from HSS Hiller to HS Khrety and MS Khandipora, respectively; and Shabir Ahmad Ganie from Zone Dooru to MS Kharipeth.
Abdul Rashid Lone has been directed to return from Zone Achabal to MS Margan, while Mohammad Iqbal Bhat will move from Zone Bidder to TGMS Mad. Shabir Ahmad Bhat has been repatriated from Bidder to HSS Lessu, and Nisar Ahmad from HS Brenthee to HS Khrety.
The CEO has directed the concerned principals, zonal education officers and headmasters to take necessary action in accordance with the order.
