Eight patients have tested positive at the Government Medical College led laboratory in CD hospital, official sources said.
The hospital has collected 470 fresh samples for the tests on Monday, April 27.
An official said 376 samples had been tested at the laboratory in 24 hours and 94 more samples were under process when this report was filed.
He said among eight patients, six positive cases are from Anantnag district, one from Kulgam and one patient from Srinagar.
As of now, J&K has reported 531 cases, out of which 464 were in Kashmir and 57 in Jammu. Seven have died, while 137 recovered. More than 66977 people have been kept under surveillance.
