SRINAGAR

Srinagar is back to business responding to the call of united resistance leadership.

There is a deal in shutdown this evening after 6 PM. The markets opened this evening as they were shut last evening “because of no deal” by pro-freedom leadership.

The traders were seen waiting in Lal Chowk and Residency Road outside their shops till 6 PM. As clock struck point 6, they pulled up shop shutters.

The rush of private vehicles increased on the roads. Children ad elders were seen enjoying their time in Partap park in Lal Chowk.

Meanwhile, correspondent reports from Sopore said that when the market started to open, forces appeared on the scene and started harassing the traders and people who had come for shopping.

“The police forced the shopkeepers to close their shops,” the reports said. “It is now enforced shutdown.”
