Intense clashes are going on in Srinagar’s Soura area.
Local sources said youths came out on road around 5 PM and started raising pro-freedom protests.
“After Asr Namaz, intense stone pelting started,” local sources said, “forces resorted to intense tear gas shelling.”
The sources said that the clashes continued and “there was almost no civilian movement even on main road”.
“Now, youths have entered the inner lanes,” they said, “ such is the situation that no Azaan was pronounced from Masjid-e-Rehmat.”
