J&K Government on Saturday slapped notorious Public Safety Act (PSA) on incarcerated Hurriyat Conference (g) Secretary General (III), Masarat Alam Bhat.
Masarat Alam is behind bars since 2010 mass uprising except 40 days. He is chief of Muslim League.
Masarat was currently lodged in Baramulla district jail.
Sources said that the Masarat has been shifted to Kathua jail after PSA orders were issued.
