Director Health Services Kashmir Dr Saleem-ur-Rehman on Thursday held a review meeting at Public Health Building, Barzulla.
A statement issued by the DHSK on Friday afternoon said that the meeting was attended by Chief Medical Officers and Medical Superintendents of District Hospitals of Kashmir Province.
“Various issues were discussed threadbare which also included Drugs and Human Resource availability, SOPs status, Bio Medical Waste Management, Disaster Preparedness and effective strategies to provide enhanced and timely healthcare,” the statement said.
The Director exhorted upon officers to ensure better healthcare to people across the valley keeping in view the current situation. He also stressed them to provide quality and hassle free health care services to the public.
