National Conference patron and ex-chief minister of JK, Dr Farooq Abdullah Saturday faced an FIR ordered by a Bihar court for allegedly insulting Indian Army.
The court ordered to file an FIR against the former union minister over his November 27 remarks in Jammu—“Pakistan administered Kashmir will remain a part of Pakistan and Jammu and Kashmir that of India”.
The case against Abdullah was filed by local lawyer Thakur Chandan Kumar (who felt Abdullah’s remarks insulted Indian army) before the chief judicial magistrate in Bihar’s Sitamarhi district—who after hearing ordered an FIR against Abdullah in Dumri police station.
