In a communication issued to all Chief Education Officers, the Directorate asked them to furnish details of employees whose cases fall under Government Order No. 264-JK(Edu) of 2025 but who did not submit their OTE files despite an earlier request issued on May 1, 2025.

The department has directed Chief Education Officers to provide the employee’s name, designation, place of posting, qualification acquired, date of completion of the qualification and the reason, if any, for failing to submit the OTE case within the stipulated timeframe.

The requisite information has been sought within seven days to enable the Directorate to process the cases further.

The move follows Government Order No. 264-JK(Edu) of 2025, dated April 3, 2025, and a subsequent communication issued by the Directorate on May 1, 2025, calling for submission of OTE cases.
