SRINAGAR: A magnitude 3.6 earthquake struck Uttarakhand’s Bageshwar district on Saturday afternoon, according to the National Centre for Seismology (NCS).
The tremor was recorded at 12:35:11 pm IST at a depth of five kilometres, the NCS said. The epicentre was located at 29.984°N latitude and 79.692°E longitude in the Bageshwar region.
There were no immediate reports of casualties or damage following the earthquake.
