SRINAGAR: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Tuesday conducted searches at four premises in Srinagar in connection with a terror funding investigation involving Umar Adil Dar and his associates, officials said.
The investigation centres on allegations that Dar was working as an Over Ground Worker (OGW) for the banned terrorist organisation Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) and was actively involved in activities linked to the outfit.
The searches are part of the agency’s ongoing investigation into the alleged terror funding network. Further details about the searches and recoveries, if any, were not immediately available.
