The district administration Jammu has said that the educational institutions in the district would remain closed in Jammu district on Friday in view of the prevailing law and order situation.
As per an order issued by the Deputy Commissioner, Jammu in view of the prevailing law and order situation all government/ private educational institutions including colleges shall remain closed on 27-9-2013 in Jammu district.
“However, any examination of colleges/university and institutions of higher education only shall be conducted as per schedule” the order said.
