Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, Dr Asgar Hassan Samoon, who is also Observer for the Review of Electoral Rolls, directed all district election officers that new voters shall be provided Electoral Photo Identity Card (EPIC) cards after January 25, 2013, which is observed as National Voters Day.
Regarding the pending claims, Div Com directed Election Officers that the electoral rolls should be updated and pending claims should be disposed off by January 15, 2013.
