Legislative Assembly witnessed complete pandemonium on Monday over the demand of BJP MLA that statement of Chief Minister on Article 370 should be expunged.
BJP legislator from Kathua while speaking in the house said that the statement should not have come from CM.
“It is our party stand and our elders have given their life while staying for this cause,” Jasrotia said, “The remarks are insulting and should be ex-punched.”
On Monday Chief Minister while speaking during grants to the departments, she is holding charges of, said that Article 370 represents the pluralistic ethos of the State and disturbing it would go not only against the interests of the State and but the country as well. “Those who will speak against it will be anti national,” she said.
Opposition soon reacted on this and asked government to clear their stand.
NC’s Sagar termed the statement of BJP legislator as “mockery of the house.”
“How can this happen , you are demanding that words of leader of this house should be ex-punched . You are making mockery of this house,” he said.
He was joined by the other members and begun shouting slogans, of RSS Hai Hai, in the well of the house.
Later Speaker , Kavender Gupta adjourned house for 15 minutes. But before adjournment, he directed to expunge the remarks.
