A cordon and search operation was launched in north Kashmir’s Bandipora area after police claimed to have credible inputs about the presence of militants in the area on Thursday morning.
Reports said that government forces jointly with the army’s 14 RR and local police, launched the search operations in Kulhama village located on the outskirts of Bandipora.
As the last reports came in the forces have started door to door search.
