Srinagar
Government forces on Monday evening started a Cordon and Search Operation (CASO) in Sirnoo village in Pulwama district of South Kashmir.
Reports said that 55 Rashtriya Rifles, 182, 183 bn CRPF and Special Operation Group Pulwama launched a joint search operation after receiving inputs about the presence of militants in the area.
They added that a large number of troops have been deployed in the area and door to door search operation has started in the area.
