Panic gripped the entire North Kashmir’s Fatehgarh village when government forces Sunday launched door to door search operations.

The reports suggest that the operation was launched to arrest the youth who were part of protests in summer 2016 and were evading arrest.

Eyewitnesses told this reporter that police and army launched  a crackdown at around 1 am  in Fatehgarh. Reports further suggest that few youth have been arrested during door to door search operation,  who were part of 2016 protests.

Meanwhile massive search is underway  in the said village when this report is being filed.
