After Senior AICC General Secretary and in charge Kashmir affairs Ambika Soni arrived in Srinagar on Saturday Former MLC Mohmmad Amin Bhat slapped at a congress worker Gulam Qadir of Islamabad who according to sources of a local news agency, KNS was eager to meet Ambika Soni.
Reliable sources told KNS that Former MLC Mohmad Amin Bhat slapped at congress worker Gulam Qadir of Islamabad who according to sources is closely associated with Saif-ud-Soz.
“Gulam Qadir stressed to meet Ambika soni at Guest house no 2 in church lane. In the meantime they had heated argument with each other in which Bhat slapped Qadir.”
