SRINAGAR: At least four people were killed in a road accident on the Jammu–Srinagar National Highway (NH-44) near Jakhani Chowk in Udhampur district on Tuesday, officials said.
According to officials, the accident involved a bus, a four-wheeler and a motorcycle. The collision left four persons dead on the spot, while details regarding injuries are yet to be confirmed.
Police and rescue teams rushed to the area immediately after the incident and launched relief and rescue operations. Further details are awaited. (KNC)
