SRINAGAR: The Vidyasirimedhi Institute of Science and Technology (VISTEC) Scholarship 2025 in Thailand, offered by the Graduate and Research Institute of Science and Technology, is now open to applicants internationally.
This fully funded opportunity is available for Master’s and Doctoral programmes involving fields like Biomolecular Science and Engineering, Energy Science and Engineering, Information Science and Technology, Molecular Science and Engineering Programme. The deadline to apply for the scholarship is January 31, 2025.
The scholarship provides comprehensive funding, covering tuition fees and additional benefits, including full scholarships of up to 5 million THB for all students, a THB 1 million grant for PhD students to conduct one year of research abroad, access to state-of-the-art research facilities, opportunities for double-degree programmes with leading international universities, accommodation on campus, and weekly transportation services to Bangkok.
Applicants must meet the following requirements based on their chosen field of study:
Biomolecular Science and Engineering: Students must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related applied sciences.
Energy Science and Engineering: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
Molecular Science and Engineering: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Materials Science and Engineering.
Information Science and Technology: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related disciplines.
The required documents include a CV, Official academic transcripts, Passport, Statement of Purpose, Letters of Recommendation, English proficiency test scores (TOEFL, IELTS, or CU-TEP), Photograph.
